I began playing piano
at the age of 7 years old. In the sixth grade, I was
accepted into the Manhattan
School of Music for
piano lessons, theory and ear training.
Upon completion of High School I attended Stony
Brook University
from which I received a bachelor's degree in piano
performance.
After graduation I studied music technology at New
York University
for 2 years.
I began teaching piano
to students in New York when I started college. Over
the years, teaching became a bigger and more important
aspect of my life, until I decided to make it my full-time
profession.
I Currently live in Danbury, Connecticut with my wife
and son. I teach out of my home in a private studio.
I play piano
for the Unitarian
Universalist Church in Danbury, every sunday. It
is a very friendly and welcoming congregation, so feel
free to come by. Let me know beforehand if you plan
on attending so that I can be sure to look out for you
and say hello!
